COVID-19 Updates

Dear Project Social T Family,
By now we are all too familiar with the severe impacts of COVID-19. While all of us are feeling rightfully overwhelmed, we still believe that it is our duty to keep you informed on how we are handling the situation at PST.

The health and safety of our employees and their families come first. Most of our Los Angeles based team is working from home unless it is essential for their job function to be in the office. That being said, we have taken action to be in compliance with the recommended CDC guidelines of increased sanitation and precautions at the office. Additionally, we are still fulfilling online orders at, however orders may be delayed. Our dedicated Customer Service team is also available to answer any questions you may have at

Last but not least— stay safe and take care of yourself and each other. Being informed is important, but please remember to give your mind a break from it all once and awhile. We are all in this together and communication and compassion go a long way.


What are the current processing times for shipments?
For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site and we will process all orders as quickly as possible. Currently we are processing orders within 1-2 business days, but with the high influx of orders it could take up to 4 business days to process.

Should I expect a shipping delay with my order?
As we are currently still shipping out orders as quickly as possible, there is a chance your order will be delayed in shipment while in the hands of USPS. The postal service is currently experiencing high delays of shipment transportation domestically and internationally due to COVID-19. Please see the below to reference the estimated delivery time of orders.

USPS First Class: 7-14 business days
USPS Priority: 4-7 business days
USPS First Class International: 3-4 weeks

If you are an International customer, we highly recommend selecting DHL Express at checkout, as they are not experiencing the same delays. DHL Express shipments currently take about 2-7 business days to be delivered once in transit.

Are you still accepting returns and/or exchanges?
Yes, we absolutely are still accepting returns/exchanges. You can process your online return/exchange here and drop off at your local post office within 30 days. You will receive a notification once your return has been delivered to our warehouse for additional processing. Due to the short staff available on-site, we are experiencing slight delays with processing returned shipments. Once your order has been fully processed, you will receive a notification stating your return has been refunded or exchanged.
