FAQ

Shipping Policy

We can’t guarantee the arrival date of any order but we promise to get all orders out as quickly as possible and provide tracking information. Please see below for details on our shipping policies. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Domestic shipments.

Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process, package, and be placed in the mail. Remember: this does not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipments: 

All orders shipped with the US states and territories will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. 

All standard domestic orders should reach the designated shipping address in 1-3 business days after they are shipped. 

Overnight/Express shipping will be charged at rates set by the carrier, which you can see on your checkout page. Orders shipped to PO BOXES, APO/FPO, US territories, Alaska, and Hawaii cannot be expedited.

International Shipments:  

We ship internationally to many locations, and are hoping to expand to more countries in the future. All postage and duties/customs fees will be paid by the customer as set by international carriers. For questions regarding international shipments, please contact us prior to placing your order. International shipments via USPS cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Please see the list of countries we ship to below in the FAQ's.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Project Social T as much as we loved designing it. If for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 days from receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached. 

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned. 

*Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for international purchases.

Please be sure to follow all instructions, so your return is processed accurately.  

Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days after they are received back to our warehouse. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. At this time we do not offer merchandise credit or exchanges. 

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

 

FAQ’S

When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 2 business days (M-F). When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we currently ship to: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. 

My Order Tracking isn’t working, or my tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything yet. What’s up with that?
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed from the time the shipper receives the package and generates the number to when it can actually be tracked. If the tracking shows delivered, but haven’t received it within 3 business days of it’s delivery date, please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
If you have returned an item, please give us 7 to 10 business days for your package to arrive to our warehouse and for us to process your return. Please note the any original shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds to your original form of payment will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, you can purchase gift certificates here. Please note gift certificates are only redeemable on our site. If you love Project Social T, what a great gift to give!

Do you offer store credit for items returned?
When you have returned something, we issue a refund to the form of original form of payment. At this point we do not issue merchandise exchanges or store credits.

I have a promo code, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Why?
There may be a restriction that's causing your code not to work, so make sure to double check the fine print. Some codes are for first time customers only. Keep in mind that promo codes usually exclude already discounted items. Make sure the code hasn't already expired. If you’re having an issue with your code that doesn’t involve the above please email us: info@projectsocialt.com.

How will I know about new products and promotions at project social t?
Please register with us and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new items, sales, events and other special announcements.

If I register my personal information and credit card information on your site, is it safe?
Absolutely! Your happiness and security are very important to us. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In this secure mode, your computer and our server can send data back and forth in an encrypted format. This converts your information into a code, which unauthorized parties cannot read.

What is your Privacy Policy?
You can view the full version of our Privacy Policy HERE. Rest assured, we do not sell or use your information for anything other than Project Social T business with you.
